Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Riviera RV Resort. By making a reservation or entering the property, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. These rules are in place for the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all guests.

Reservations & Payment

• Full payment is due at the time of reservation.
• All reservations are non-refundable. No exceptions.
• Rates are subject to change without notice.
• Reservations are non-transferable and valid only for the registered guest.

Age Requirement

• Guests must be at least 25 years of age to make a reservation.
• The registered guest must be present during the stay and is responsible for all members of their party.

Occupancy Limits

• Maximum occupancy per RV site: 6 people.
• Maximum occupancy per tent site: 4 people.
• Overcrowding is strictly prohibited.

Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in begins at 2:00 PM.
• Check-out is required by 12:00 PM.
• Early check-in and late check-out are not permitted.
• Guests who remain past check-out time may be charged an additional night.

Vehicles & Equipment

• ATVs are not permitted on the property.
• Electric golf carts are allowed with proof of insurance.
• RV sites are limited to self-contained RV units only. Sleeping tents, trailers, boats, and personal watercraft (PWC) are not permitted on RV sites.
• All vehicles must be registered at the office and display a parking pass.

Site Rules

• Only one RV or tent is allowed per site.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Campfires are only allowed in designated fire rings.
• Sites must be kept clean and free of trash. Dumping gray water or sewage on the ground is prohibited.

Guest Conduct

• Disorderly conduct, excessive noise, or illegal activity will result in immediate eviction without refund.
• Guests are responsible for the behavior of their children and visitors.
• Alcohol consumption must be in moderation and confined to your site.

Pets

• Pets must be leashed at all times.
• Guests must clean up after their pets immediately.
• Aggressive breeds or pets that display aggressive behavior may be asked to leave.

Liability

• Guests agree to use the resort facilities at their own risk.
• The Riviera RV Resort, its owners, and staff are not responsible for accidents, injuries, theft, or loss of personal property.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, facilities, or other guests.

Cancellations & Refunds

• All reservations are non-refundable. No exceptions.
• No refunds will be issued for early departure, weather conditions, or failure to comply with resort rules.

Right to Refuse Service

• Management reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Consent To Marketing

• By checking the consent box in the checkout form, you consent to receive marketing and transactional communications via email and SMS from Riviera RV Resort. Message and data rates may apply. You can unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions in our messages. Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Agreement

WARNING
Under Missouri law, a private campground owner or an employee or officer of a private campground owner is not liable for an injury to or the death of a person or any property damage resulting from the inherent risks of camping under the Revised Statutes of Missouri. revisor.mo.gov+1

By booking a reservation and/or entering the property, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
