This is my first day of a 5 day stay.  There were issues that I didn't like about the initial campsite I was assigned but the campground was extremely helpful and were able to place me in a site that better fit my needs.  Is this campground perfect? No, but it is very close.  The sites are all exceptionally clean and well maintained.  There is an issue with one of the roads but I feel that it is just a temporary situation. It seems like the current owners are very committed to making this a great place to stay.  The shower house and bathrooms were very clean,  the pool is awesome.  Water pressure is great and the hookups are well laid out. The astro turf sites are amazing. I'm usually more of a set up in the woods kind of a camper but being able to set up and enjoy a week with no mud or ticks is a huge plus. As far as other reviews about the camp office not being open,  the phone number works and if they don't answer they call back very quickly.  If you really, really need something there's a Dollar General and a Woods grocery store less than 10 minutes away.      I probably shouldn't give too good of a review because there seem to be a lot of seasonal campers here and I might be giving away their secret little quiet campground lol. Definitely don't let a few negative reviews steer you away from this place.  The few things that actually need improvement only need revenue to fix and the more people stay here the more money the owners have to fix them and they seem very willing to make this one of the best RV parks on the lake.

I didn't have a room here, but I had a lot for my fifth wheel trailer overlooking the lake and it was beautiful. Service was spectacular, there was a storm in power outage and the community really came together with water and ice runs and even helping us back in to our spot.
